We provide tax, legal, licensing, registration, virtual office and related business services, delivered by qualified professionals. The scope, price and time of each service are stated in the quotation or invoice we send you. Timelines depend on the authority concerned and on how quickly you give us correct documents.

2. Your responsibilities

  • Give us true, complete and current information and valid documents.
  • Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity in your account.
  • Pay the invoices on time. Work may pause while a payment is pending.

3. Fees and payment

Professional fees are shown before GST. GST and government fees are shown separately. Government fees are paid at actuals and are decided by the authority. You can pay online by card, UPI or net banking through our payment partners, from your wallet, or by bank transfer. We do not store your card details.

4. Quotations and invoices

A quotation is valid until the date written on it. When you accept it, we raise an invoice and start work after the first payment. If the scope changes, we send a revised quotation or invoice that shows what changed.

5. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Outcomes

We prepare and file applications with care, but approvals, registrations and licences are decided by the authority. We do not promise a particular decision.

7. Confidentiality and your data

8. Limit of liability

Our liability for a service is limited to the professional fee paid for that service, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
